For removed plant cable, describe the drive, motor, process, or tray application; approximate service; heat, oils, chemicals, moisture, flexing, bends, splices, removal method, end protection, and storage after removal. Keep unused project reels and maintenance stock separate from removed cable, short motor leads, and recovery-only pieces.
